Pâques à Puy St Vincent
Très content des prestations dans l''ensemble (accueil, appartement, équipement, situation par rapport aux pistes). Personnel d''accueil très sympathique. Formule de réservation des skis très pratique. Très bonne organisation. Le seul bémol est lié au fait que la résidence est un peu loin du centre de la station où se situent les commerces et activités. Les navettes gratuites compensent cet éloignement mais ne sont pas assez nombreuses.

Snow-bound in Puy St Vincent
All worked out well but at times we were very concerned about the potential for things to go wrong, especially with children in our party. I had phoned the apartment, days before departure, to say there would be a possibility of us ariving late, but they insisted we made contact on the Saturday and when we knew for certain we were running late. Inevertably, our travel plans were delayed and subsequently we had difficulty making last minute contact with our apartment (phone not answered / poor mobile reception / Unable to use French pay phone)in order to make arrangements to pick up the key and for supply of bedding - before the reception closed.
