These ski holiday apartments are divided over several residences such as Palafour, Bec Rouge, Rosset, Horizon 2000, Shamrock, La Combe Folle etc., all situated in the Quartier du Lac at a maximum of 150 m from the shops and 150 m from the slopes. The rental of the apartments in "Résidences Quartier Lac" is managed on behalf of Skibed by a partner Estate agency on site. CIS Immo have 3 comfort ranges to offer you, subject to availability: - Basic: simple decor and comforts, ideal for smaller budgets. - Classic: standard apartments, well-maintained. - Comfort: fully-equipped apartments with beautiful living spaces in a harmonious environment.

For your comfort during your holiday in the French alps there are ski lockers available.

The accommodation is situated 150 m from the slopes and 150 m from the shops

Security deposit: from € 305 to € 1000 depending on the type of apartment, to be paid on site
 
 
For ski holidays with no surprise extra charges, the following optional services can be reserved in advance and paid for on site

Hire of towel kit + teatowel: € 11 per kit
 
 
Cot rental: € 15 per week, to be reserved in advance
 
 
TV rental: € 59 per week, to be reserved in advance

End of stay cleaning: The apartment must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise, cleaning costs ranging from € 36 to € 78 (according to the type of apartment) will apply

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).

Bonne semaine de ski et de détente à Tignes
Trés bon séjour de ski à Tignes, station avec trés bonne diversité de pistes et bon enneigement.
Studio bien situé dans un secteur annimé.

Paradize in sunny tignes
Le séjour fut très sympa grâce au soleil, neige et ambiance de fête... L'appart bien que petit est chaleureux et très bien placé... à 5 mètres des pistes et à une minute des bars... La seule chose serait de rajouter une TV, un four, des glaçons et des draps non poussièreux.

Résidence très calme, excellent entretien des communs. La proximité des pistes a été très appréciée. Seul bémol sur le casier à skis un peu juste pour 6 personnes.

We had a lovely holiday, the prices in the bars were too expensive and there weren't enough slopes for beginners! We really enjoyed being in the mountains and the staff at Tignes were lovely.

We would have preferred to have know before hand that we needed a credit card to hire our ski's as we did not know until we got there.

Appartement très bien, en revanche le mobilier était un peu vieux.
