Ideal for ski holidays with friends or family, the apartments are divided over several residences such as Villaret, Caron, Les Balcons d'Olympie, Grande Masse, Le Sarvan, etc... all situated in the Preyerand quarter at the foot of the ski slopes and close to the shops. The centre of the ski holiday resort is 5 minutes away and served by a free "télébenne" service (available from 8.00 am - 11.00pm). Les Appartements Les Ménuires Preyerand consist of apartments managed for Skibed by a partner estate agency on site. There are 3 comfort ranges available subject to availability: -Standard: simple decor and installations, ideal for smaller budgets, these apartments have all the essectials. -Comfort: standard, well-maintained apartments. -"Grand confort": apartments graced with excellent facilities and sumptuous living spaces in a harmonious environment. For ski holidays you'll remember fondly for some time to come.

For ski holidays with no hidden costs, your apartment rental at Les Appartements des Ménuires Preyerand includes the following:
 
 
Rental of the apartment from the day of your arrival at 4.00 pm to the day of your departure at 10.00 am
 
 
Water, electricity, charges
 
 
Services payable on site
 
Obligatory security deposit: € 400, to be paid on site
 
 
For ski holidays with no hidden costs, the following optional services may be booked in advance and paid for on site at Les Appartements des Ménuires Preyerand
 
 
Bed linen rental: € 10 per single bed/ € 14 per double bed, subject to availability
 
 
Towel kit rental (1 bathtowel + 1 handtowel): € 6 per kit, subject to availability
 
 
T.V. hire: € 35 per week
 
 
Pets: admitted free of charge
 
 
Free outdoor parking close-by
 
 
End of stay cleaning: The apartment must be left perfectly clean, otherwise cleaning costs ranging from € 20 to € 70 (according to the type of apartment) will apply

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).
