Ideal for ski holidays with friends or family, the Résidence Maeva Le Pédrou sits at an altitude of 5900 ft in the heart of the ski resort of Font Romeu. Le Pédrou has been entirely renovated and is right next to the shops and sports facilities, it is only 350 m from the gondolas that lead to the ski areas. The apartments face south/south-west and have great views of the whole of the La Cerdagne area. For ski holidays you'll remember fondly for some time to come!

For your comfort and leisure during your French ski holiday, the following services and facilities are available at your accommodation: lifts, ski storage area, lounge, children's club for 3-12 year olds, hire of board games, hairdriers and irons. (NB: Additional charges may apply for some of these services/facilities).

  For ski holidays with no comfort omitted all of the apartments have an equipped kitchen corner (ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave/grill, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker), bathroom, toilet and vacuum cleaner.

For a ski holiday with no hidden costs, the rental price includes the following:
 
 
Rental of the apartment from the day of your arrival at 5.00 pm to the day of your departure at 10.00 am
 
 
Water, electricity, charges
 
 
Bed linen + 2 tea towels
 
 
Outdoor parking (subject to availability)
 
 
Services payable on site
 
Security deposit: € 200 to be paid on site
 
 
For ski holidays with no surprise extra charges, the following optional services can be reserved in advance and paid for on site:
 
 
Hire of towel kit: € 8 per person per week
 
 
Cleaning kit: € 8 per kit
 
 
TV hire: € 29 per week
 
 
Pets: € 47 per stay per animal, permitted on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate
 
 
End of stay cleaning: The apartment must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise, cleaning costs ranging from € 35 to € 40 per apartment will apply
 
 
Local tax to be paid on site
 
 
Optional extra services to be reserved in advance
 
SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION:
"Comfort +" option: € 25 per person per week (€ 17.50 for children under 12, free for children under 4): beds made upon arrival, towels supplied, end of stay cleaning included, 1 cleaning kit included, TV included.
Hire of baby kit: € 15 per kit (subject to availability).
Services for children: Les Marmottins daycare centre for 3-6 year olds: 6 half-days (4 hrs, morning or afternoon): € 110, Mini-Club for 3-6 year olds and Children's Club for 6-12 year olds: 6 half-days (4 hrs, morning or afternoon): € 145 from the 04/01 to 06/02 and from 08/03 to 17/04, € 185 from 21/12 to 02/01 and from 08/02 to 06/03. Health and vaccination record must be presented by all children.
Ski-lifts : reserve your ski-pass in advance for less stress when you arrive.
Ski equipment rental : take advantage of our « All-inclusive » package or add on ski equipment rental to other packages as required.
- Economy pack : basic equipment, suitable for beginners, relaxed skiers or those in progression. This package offers ski equipment only.
- Discovery pack : performance equipment for athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- Sensation pack : top range equipment for confirmed skiers or snowboarders.
- Excellence pack : top quality precision equipment for advanced athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- And many other possibilities besides : Rent skis only, rent snowboard only, rent children’s packs etc.
Skier insurance : put your mind at ease with our skier cover.
Cancellation insurance : receive a refund if you need to cancel your holiday for reasons included in our policy.

Snow Guarantee: widespread snow cover or your money back !

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).

Un séjour exceptionnel sans mauvaise surprise à Font Romeu.
Séjour très agréable. Il n'y a eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Résidence vraiment agréable et un personnel très sympatique. Mais la voiture semble vraiment obligatoire.
