Ideal for ski holidays with friends or family, Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village is located at the foot of the slopes, close to shops but away from major thoroughfares, the residence is built with respect for tradition, using the noblest materials. The chalet enjoys a quiet location, beautiful sunshine and great views over the neighbouring summits. You can ski to and from the residence. Inside, you will find high quality services, natural pine wall-panelling, all-wood doors, tiling and earthenware, rustic roughcast on the bedroom walls and mountain-style wooden furniture.

For your comfort and convenience during your French ski holiday, the following services and facilities are available at your accommodation: ski lockers, grocery store, bakery, the La Bergerie restaurant, fitness room in the nearby Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut, shuttle stop in front of the residence, indoor swimming pool, spa and gym in the Les Glières leisure park. (NB: charges may apply for certain services).

The accommodation is situated a short step away from the slopes and a short step away from the shops

  For ski holidays with no comfort omitted all of the apartments have an equipped kitchen corner (4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), Austrian stove in the living room (for 3-bedroom apartment, sleeps 12 and greater), satellite TV., direct phone, bathroom, toilet, balcony in most cases.

For a ski holiday with no hidden costs, the rental price at Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village includes the following:
 
 
Rental of the apartment from the day of your arrival at 5 pm to the day of your departure at 10 am
 
 
Water, electricity, charges

For children (3-11 years) pay half price, no charge for babies .
Extra charge for Christmas dinner: € 14 per adult, € 8.50 per child aged 3-11 years.
Extra charge for New Year's Eve: € 29 per adult, € 20.50 per child aged 3-11 years.
Ski-lifts : reserve your ski-pass in advance for less stress when you arrive.

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).
