Ideal for ski holidays with friends or family, the Résidence Le Surf des Neiges is located just beside the Place de Venosc (at the edge of the resort), 400 m from the Le Diable cable car. The 21 apartments are divided over 4 floors with lifts reaching to the third floor. Most of the apartments are south-facing. Set in the heart of the shopping area, the residence is ideally located, allowing you to make the most of all the activities on offer in the resort of Les 2 Alpes. For ski holidays you'll remember fondly for some time to come!

For your comfort during your French ski holiday, the Résidence Le Surf des Neiges offers the following services and facilites: reception, ski lockers, irons to lend. (Fees apply for certain services).

The accommodation is situated 400 m from the slopes and a short step away from the shops

  For your comfort during your French ski trip all of the holiday apartments have an equipped kitchen corner (hot-plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave (2-person studios have a mini-oven only), shower room and toilet, balcony (in most cases).

Services included in the rental price

 
For ski holidays with no hidden costs, the rental price at the Résidence Le Surf des Neiges includes the following:
 
 
Rental of the apartment from the day of your arrival at 5 pm to the day of your departure at 10 am
 
 
Water, electricity, charges
 
 
Bed linen
 
 
Outdoor parking
 
 
Services payable on site
 
Security deposit: € 300, to be paid on site
 
 
For ski holidays with no surprise extra charges, the following optional services can be reserved in advance and paid for on site at the Résidence Le Surf des Neiges:
 
 
Change of bed linen: € 10 per change
 
 
Hire of towel kit: € 5.50 per kit
 
 
Hire of baby kit: € 25 per week (subject to availability, to be reserved in advance)
 
 
TV hire : € 40 per week (already installed in the apartment)
 
 
Cleaning kit: € 6 per kit
 
 
Pets: € 30 per animal per stay, dogs must be kept on a lead within the confines of the residence
 
 
Sheltered parking : € 40 per week, to be booked before departure, places limited
 
 
End of stay cleaning: The apartment must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise, cleaning costs ranging from € 52 (according to the type of apartment) will apply
 
 
Local tax to be paid on site

Ski-lifts : reserve your ski-pass in advance for less stress when you arrive.
Ski equipment rental : take advantage of our « All-inclusive » package or add on ski equipment rental to other packages as required.
- Economy pack : basic equipment, suitable for beginners, relaxed skiers or those in progression. This package offers ski equipment only.
- Discovery pack : performance equipment for athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- Sensation pack : top range equipment for confirmed skiers or snowboarders.
- Excellence pack : top quality precision equipment for advanced athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- And many other possibilities besides : Rent skis only, rent snowboard only, rent children’s packs etc.
Skier insurance : put your mind at ease with our skier cover.
Cancellation insurance : receive a refund if you need to cancel your holiday for reasons included in our policy.

Snow Guarantee: widespread snow cover or your money back !

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).
