The Résidence La Licorne has 38 south-facing apartments in large traditional-style chalets. The residence is at the bottom of the slopes, near The Vanoise National Park and 200 m from the shops. For ski holidays you'll remember fondly for some time to come!

For your comfort during your French ski holiday the Résidence La Licorne offers the following facilities: ski-equipment room, lift.

  For ski holidays with no comfort omitted all of the apartments have an equipped kitchen corner (hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker), bathroom, toilet and balcony in most cases. The apartments are all southwesterly facing.

For a ski holiday with no hidden costs, the rental price at the Résidence La Licorne includes the following:
 
 
Rental of the ski holiday apartment from the day of your arrival at 5 pm to the day of your departure at 10 am
 
 
Water, electricity, charges
 
 
Bed linen
 
 
Indoor parking at Plagne Bellecôte (subject to availability)
 
 
Services payable on site
 
Security deposit: € 300 (to be paid on site)
 
 
For ski holidays with no surprise costs, the following optional services can be reserved in advance and paid for on site at the Résidence La Licorne:
 
 
Change of bedlinen : € 10 per change
 
 
Hire of towel kit: € 5.50 per kit (1 bath towel and 1 terry towel)
 
 
TV hire: from € 30 to € 50 per week (TV already installed in the apartments)
 
 
Baby kit hire (cot + highchair): € 25 per week (advance reservation required, subject to availability)
 
 
Pets: € 30 per animal per week (dogs should always be kept on a lead within the confines of the residence)
 
 
Cleaning kit: € 6 per kit
 
 
Paid indoor parking 70 m away: approx. € 50 per week
 
 
End of stay cleaning: The apartment must be left perfectly clean. Otherwise, cleaning costs ranging from € 52 per apartment will apply
 
 
Local tax to be paid on site

Ski-lifts : reserve your ski-pass in advance for less stress when you arrive.
Ski equipment rental : take advantage of our « All-inclusive » package or add on ski equipment rental to other packages as required.

- Discovery pack : performance equipment for athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- Sensation pack : top range equipment for confirmed skiers or snowboarders.
- Excellence pack : top quality precision equipment for advanced athletic skiers or snowboarders.
- And many other possibilities besides : Rent skis only, rent snowboard only, rent children’s packs etc.
Skier insurance : put your mind at ease with our skier cover.
Cancellation insurance : receive a refund if you need to cancel your holiday for reasons included in our policy.

Snow Guarantee: widespread snow cover or your money back !

For extra security, why not choose the snow guarantee insurance that Skibed has to offer: valid at any resort located at an altitude above 1,200 meters. If in the 5 days preceding your arrival at the resort the scarcity of snow is very noticeable (2/3 of the ski-lifts normally in service at the site of your stay are closed for at least 2 consecutive days) you may be reimbursed for the price of your holiday (in accordance with the general conditions relating to the insurance).

Très bon séjour, cependant il manque des informations concernant par exemple la possibilité de parking à la résidence et éventuellement le prix...
